Delhi: Girl Murdered outside Aurobindo College, accused arrested

NEW DELHI, July 28, 2023: As per media reports, A 25-year-old girl was found Murdered outside Aurobindo College in South Delhi’s Malviya Nagar on Friday Morning. The accused has been arrested.

According to the news published in Times of India, the girl, a student of Kamala Nehru College,Was allegedly attacked with an iron rod inside a park.

According to the police, the girl had arrived at the park with a male friend. Further, the police said that the victim had an external injury mark on her head.

Blood dozed out of the girl’s head as she lay lifeless on the bench at a park near Aurbindo College.

“We received information that a 25-year-old girl was found dead near Aurbindo College in south Delhi’s Malviya Nagar. An iron rod was found near her body. Our preliminary investigation suggests that the girl may have been struck with the rod.

Further investigation is under way” ANI Quoted DCP South, Chandan Chowdhary,

As saying meanwhile, Delhi Commission for Women Chairperson Swati Maliwal took note of the incident and tweeted, “In a posh locality like Malviya Nagar, a girl was beaten to death with a rod. It doesn’t matter to anyone. Only in newspaper reports, the names of girls areh canged, and the crimes do not stop. Delhi is extremely unsafe.”
