Chandigarh, July 16, 2023: As per media reports, Punjab Congress is set to receive a big setback today as senior leader and former MLA will join BJP in presence of Home Minister Amit Shah. This programme has been scheduled to be held today in New Delhi.
It Is worth mentioning here that many senior Congress leaders have already joined BJP and now this group has gained control of the Punjab unit. Its present President Sunil Jakhar was a senior Congress leader earlier.
Apart from him Capt. Amarinder Singh, Balbir Singh Sidhu, Rana Sodhi, Raj Kumar and many more are already part of BJP.
